Any and all insurance products obtained through the Lorbach Insurance  will include the following characteristics:

• Not a Deposit: The insurance product or annuity is not a deposit or other obligation of, or guaranteed by, The First National Bank of Waverly or Central Ohio Bancorp.
  
   
• Not FDIC-Insured: The insurance product or annuity is not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
  
   
• Not Insured By Any Federal Government Agency: The insurance product or annuity is not insured by any other agency of the United States.
  
   
• Not Guaranteed by The First National Bank of Waverly or Central Ohio Bancorp.: The insurance product or annuity is not insured by The First National Bank, or Central Ohio Bancorp.
   
• May Go Down In Value: In the case of an insurance product or annuity that involves an investment risk, there is investment risk associated with the product, including the possible loss of value.
  
   
• Not Tied To Loan Approval: The First National Bank of Waverly may not condition an extension of credit on the purchase of an insurance product or annuity.
